
Students are piling in during their Spring Break vacations, to see if they qualify for a summer employment or training opportunity through the Mayor’s Youth Program

Students are piling into the Atlanta Workforce Development Agency during their week off for Spring Break, and to see if they qualify for a summer employment or training opportunity through the Mayor’s Youth Program.
Students who are seniors in an Atlanta Public School or have a parent that works for the City of Atlanta, are being considered for summer employment and training opportunities. Some students are eligible to receive a paid internship through Federal Funding if they meet the certain requirements. Other students are being assigned an internship on a first come, first served basis.
Students must bring in the following documents in order to complete their files and interview for their summer opportunity:

The Mayor's Youth Program is located at 818 Pollard Blvd., SW, Atlanta GA 30315, and is easily accessible by Marta, Bus #49, from the Five Points Station. Our hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday!
