The Internship Academy is teaching Mayor's Youth Program student's skills in budgeting their money, communicating in a professional atmosphere, dressing for the workplace, ethical behavior, time management, and how to buy and sell a car.

The Internship Academy is a requirement for any Mayor's Youth Program student who is interested in a summer internship. The Saturday workshops are being taught by members of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
