Mayor's Youth Program Summer Internship

The Youth Program's Summer Internship Program provides a unique opportunity for Atlanta Public School and the children and guardian children of City of Atlanta Employees to be placed in positions within various professional communities after their graduation. This internship is an eight week commitment from June 1 to July 31st. These seniors will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and insight into their chosen field of study. This program is dedicated to career preparation and enrichment and designed to match qualified, motivated and promising youth with career based positions. They will learn the appropriate work behaviors while developing a positive work ethic. Those seniors that are interested in participating need to bring a positive attitude, desire to learn, strong work ethic, good attendance and dress appropriate. We attempt to match students to the internship based on their interest.
